Promissory Note dated March 18, 2022 (“Note”) in the original principal amount of $2,800,000.00, executed by FM 2164 Denton Holdings, LLC (“Borrower”), and made payable to the order of First Bank & Trust Co. (“Lender”), plus all other Indebtedness (as defined in the Deed of Trust) owed by Borrower to Lender, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and accrued interest at the applicable default interest rate under the Note (as of the date of default). Time: The sale of the Property will be held between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. local time; the earliest time at which the Foreclosure Sale will begin is 10:00 A.M. and not later than three hours thereafter.
