Viagran by deed recorded in Volume 2772, Page 1426, of the Real Property Records of Bexar County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING a a 1/2" iron pin found at fence corner in the southeast line of a 15 foot wide Private Lane at the north corner of said 1.024 acre tract and this tract, being the west corner of Tract 5-B, containing 1.024 acres, conveyed to Juan V, Viagran by deed recorded in Volume 2772, Page 1435, Real Property Records.
