WHEREAS, on 11/18/2009, Lori J. Long, a single person , as Grantor/Borrower, executed and delivered that certain Deed of Trust, in favor of Chris A. Peirson, as Trustee, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for NexBank, SSB. , as Beneficiary which deed of trust secures the payment of that certain promissory note of even date therewith in the original amount of $198,979.00, payable to the order of NexBank, SSB. , which Deed of Trust is Recorded on 11/24/2009 as Volume 2009-136003, Book , Page , in Denton County, Texas, Deed of Trust covers all of the real property, personal property, and fixtures described therein, including , but not limited to, all the following described property, rights and interests (the “Property”), to-wit; LOT 2, IN BLOCK B, OF THE KNOLL AT OAKMONT, PHASE 1B, AN ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF CORINTH, DENTON COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CABINET L, PAGE 165, PLAT RECORDS, DENTON COUNTY, TEXAS.
