November 7, 2025 (the “Effective Date”) Notice is hereby given that a Foreclosure! of the Property (defined below) will be held at the date, time and place specified in this notice. DATE OF SALE: Tuesday, December 2, 2025 (the first [15] Tuesday of that month). TIME OF SALE: The earliest time at which the Foreclosure will occur is 10:00 AM (Bexar County, Texas time). The Foreclosure shall begin at that time or not later than three (3) hours thereafter. PLACE OF SALE: The Foreclosure will take place at the location designated by the Commissioner’s Court of Bexar County, Texas as the location where nonjudicial foreclosure sales are to take place.
