WHEREAS, on 5/9/2003, Graciela Saldana, a married woman, joined by her husband Antonio Saldana, as Grantor/Borrower, executed and delivered that certain Deed of Trust, in favor of Allen E. Schwartz Esq, as Trustee, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as beneficiary, as nominee for Transland Financial Services, Inc., as Beneficiary which deed of trust secures the payment of that certain promissory note of even date therewith in the original amount of $88,711.00, payable to the order of Transland Financial Services, Inc., which Deed of Trust is Recorded on 5/15/2003 as Volume 20030121362, Book 10021, Page 258, in Bexar County, Texas, Deed of Trust covers all of the real property, personal property, and fixtures described therein, including , but not limited to, all the following described property, rights and interests (the “Property’’), to-wit; Lot Eight (8), Block Six (6), Haven Estates Subdivision, situated in Bexar County, Texas, as shown by map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 9555, Page 121 of the Deed and Plat Records of Bexar County.
