000 SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on March 10, 2022, a Deed of Trust (the “Deed of Trust”) was executed by Martin Williams, conveying to Kenneth R. Cooper, as Trustee, the hereinafter described real property to secure the payment of the debt therein described, said Deed of Trust being recorded as Document No. 20220061432, Official Public Records of Bexar County, Texas, reference to which is hereby made for all purposes; and WHEREAS, default has occurred in the payment of said debt and the same is now all due, and Roger Probst, the legal owner and holder thereof, has demanded payment thereof and has requested the undersigned to enforce the power of sale set forth in the Deed of Trust and to sell said real property pursuant to the terms of said Deed of Trust; and WHEREAS, the undersigned has been appointed as Substitute Trustee in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust.
