WHEREAS, on 1/29/2021, Arturo G. Garcia, an unmarried man, as Grantor/Borrower, executed and delivered that certain Deed of Trust, in favor of Allan B. Polunsky, as Trustec, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Guaranteed Rate, Inc., as Beneficiary which deed of trust secures the payment of that certain promissory note of even date therewith in the original amount of $125,500.00, payable to the order of Guaranteed Rate, Inc., which Deed of Trust is Recorded on 1/29/2021 as Volume 20210026154, Book , Page, in Bexar County, Texas, Deed of Trust covers all of the real property, personal property, and fixtures described therein, including , but not limited to, all the following described property, rights and interests (the “Property”), to-wit; Lot 44, Block 23, New City Block 11356, West Gardendale Addition, in the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas according to Plat thereof Recorded in Volume 2222, Pages 72-73, Deed and Plat Records of Bexar County, Texas.
