DEFAULT having been made in the payment of the note described in that certain Deed of Trust executed by Arturo H. Campos and Hector Campos, dated March 3, 2023, and duly filed for record on March 14, 2023 in the Office of the County Clerk of Bexar County, Texas under Bexar County Clerk's File No. 20230043022 of the Official Real Property Records of Bexar County, Texas, conveying to MATT L. JANNER, Trustee, the following described real property and improvements thereon in Bexar County, Texas, to-wit: Lot 31, Block 1, New City Block 12231, EAST TERRELL HILLS, UNIT 1, in the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 3535, Pages 217-218, Deed and Plat Recorcls, Bexar County, Texas; and WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust was duly assigned to SCF Jake, LP, a Texas lirnited partnership pursuant to that certain Assignment of Mortgage filed for record on January 30, 2024 and recorded under Clerk’s File No. 20240017050 of the Official Real Property Records of Bexar County, Texas; and WHEREAS, SCF Jake, LP., a Texas limited partnership, is the legal owner and holder of the indebtedness described in and secured by said Deed of Trust; and WHEREAS, SCF Jake, LP, a Texas limited partnership, the legal owner and holder of said Deed of Trust, in accordance with its terms, in writing removed the said MATT L.
