The property to be sold is described as follows: Lot 17, Block 27, New City Block 16040, Lackland City Subdivision, Unit #218, in Bexar County, Texas according to plat recorded in Volume 7500, Page 112, Deed and Plat Records of Bexar County, Texas located at 5522 Ghost Hawk, San Antonio, Texas 78242 2. Instrument to be Foreclosed. The instrument to be foreclosed is the Deed of Trust dated August 7, 2015, recorded in the Official Records of Bexar County, Texas as Doc. No. 20150148889, as assigned to Jose Alex Vivanco by that Assignment of Deed of Trust dated November 9, 2017, recorded in the Official Records of Bexar County, Texas as Doc. No. 20170223814, encumbering the Property described above. 3. Date, Time, and Place of Sale.
