Property: The Property to be sold is described as follows: Lot 23, Block 1, New City Block 16611, SUNRISE SUBDIVISION, UNIT 1, an addition to the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in, Volume 9503, Page 135, Deed and Plat Records of Bexar County, Texas Security Instrument: Deed of Trust dated March 6, 2019 and recorded on March 8, 2019 at Instrument Number 20190041912 in the rwal property records of BEXAR County, Texas, which contains a power of sale. Sale Information: December 2, 2025, at 10:00 AM, or not later than three hours thereafter, al the area located outside on the west side of the Bexar County Courthouse which is near the intersection of East Nueva Street and the closed portion of South Main Avenue, San Antonio, Texas, or as clesignated by the County Commissioners Court.
