Security Instrument: Deed of Trust dated November 4, 2022 and recorded on November 8, 2022 at Instrument Number 156333 in the real property records of DENTON County, Texas, which contains a power of sale. Sale Information: August 5, 2025, at 10:00 AM, or not later than three hours thereafter, at the courtyard area of the southwest corner of the Denton County Courts Building, or as designated by the County Commissioners Court.
