Deed of Trust dated May 28, 202! and recorded on June 3, 2021 at Instrument Number 101070 in the real property records of DENTON County, Texas, which contains a power of sale. August 5, 2025, at 10:00 AM, or not later than three hours thereafter, at the courtyard area of the southwest comer of the Denton County Courts Building, or as designated by the County Commissioners Court.
