Security Instrument: Deed of Trust dated August 30, 2019 and recorded on September 3, 2019 at Instrument Number 109284 in the real property records of DENTON County, Texas, which contains a power of sale. Sale Information: December 2, 2025, at 10:00 AM, or not later than three hours thereafter, at the courtyard area of the southwest comer of the Denton County Courts Building, or as designated by the County Commissioners Court.
