WHEREAS, on or about September 20, 2022, a Notice of Lien was filed in the Deed Records of Denton County, Texas, covering the real property herein described conceming default in the payment of the indebtedness owing by Melissa Henderson, the present owner of said real property, to Silverado Community Association, Inc.
