Lien. The foreclosure is pursuant to the Order entered the 1st day of August 2023, in Cause Number 2023C104345 in the District Court, 285th Judicial District, Bexar County, Texas styled In Re: Order of Foreclosure Concerning 25707 Tranquil Rim, San Antonio, Texas 78260 Under Tex. R. Civ. Proc. 736 Canyon Springs Homeowners Association vs Estela Magallon. 3. Holder of Lien. Canyon Springs Homeowners Association (the "Association”). 4. Date, Time, and Place of Sale. The sale is scheduled to be held at the following date, time, and place: Date: September 2, 2025 Time: The sale will begin no earlier than 10:00 A.M. or no later than three hours thereafter. The sale will be completed by no later than 1:00 P.M.
