Strickland, Diane N. Strickland and Mildred L. Strickland and payable to First National Bank, and all modifications, substitutions, replacements, remedies and/or extensions thereof, if any, (“Note”), which Texas Deed of Trust and Security Agreement (Construction) was recorded under Document No. 62978, of the Real Property Records of Denton County, Texas and all modifications, substitutions, replacements, renewals and/or extensions thereof, if any (“Deed of Trust”); and WHEREAS, the undersigned, at 3950 Highway 360, Grapevine, Texas 76051, has been appointed one of the Substitute Trustees in the place of the original Trustee, upon the contingency and in the manner authorized by the Deed of Trust; and WHEREAS, default has occurred under the terms of the Note secured by the Deed of Trust, and the indebtedness evidenced by the Note is now wholly due, and the owner and holder of the NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE PAGE 1 W:\25\25057 INB\Foreciosure (Sept 2025)\Notice of Substitute Trustee's Sale.docx Note and Deed of Trust and the beneficiary in the Deed of Trust has requested a Substitute Trustee to sell the Property to satisfy same.
