The property to be sold is described as follows: 15326 Cascade Point, San Antonio, Texas 78253, and more fully described as Lot 7, Block 24, Falcon Landing — Unit 6, Bexar County, Texas, According to The Map or Plat Thereof Reéorded in Volume 20001, Page(S) 1916-1917, Plat Records of Bexar County, Texas, together with all improvements, fixtures, and appurtenances thereto. 2. Lien. The foreclosure is pursuant to the Order entered the 7th day of August 2024, in Cause Number 2024C110638 in the District Court, 438th Judicial District, Bexar County, Texas styled Jn Re: Order of Foreclosure Concerning 15326 Cascade Point, San Antonio, Texas 78253 Under Tex. R. Civ. Proc.; 736 Falcon Landing Community Association, Inc. vs Dayce Marie Montoya. 3. Holder of Lien. Falcon Landing Community Association, Inc. (the "Association"). 4. Date, Time, and Place of Sale. The sale is scheduled to be held at the following date, time, and place: pce: cover, 200s NIMS 00 8 Time: The sale will begin no earlier than 10:00 A.M. or no later than three hours thereafter. The sale will be completed by no later than 1:00 P.M. Place: The area located outside on the west side of the Bexar County Courthouse which is near the intersection of East Nueva Street and the closed portion of South Main Avenue, San Antonio, Texas, or if the preceding area is no longer the designated area, at the area most recently designated by the Bexar County Commissioner’s Court. The Holder reserves the right to postpone, withdraw, or reschedule the sale for another day. In that case, the trustee or substitute trustee appointed by the Order need not appear at the date, time, and place of a scheduled sale to announce the postponement, withdrawal, or rescheduling. Notice of the date of any rescheduled foreclosure sale will be reposted and refiled in accordance with the posting and filing requirements of the Texas Property Code. The reposting or refiling may be after the date originally scheduled for this sale. 5. Terms of Sale. The sale will be conducted as a public auction to the highest bidder for cash.
