No. 202500130299, i the Official Public Records of Dallas County, Texas, covering the real
property herein descri ed, concerning default in payment of the indebtedness owing by ALETHA
GRIFFIN, the present wner of said real property, to Hoily Glen Condominium Owners Association,
Inc. (the "Association' ; and
WHEREAS, t e said ALETHA GRIFFIN has continued to default in the payment of the
indebtedness to the As ociation and the same is now wholly due, and the Association, acting by and
through its duly autho ed agent, intends to sell the herein described property to satisfy the present
indebtedness of said o ner to the Association.
NOW, THE FORE, notice is hereby given that on Tuesday; the 2nd day of September,
2025, between 10:00 o clock a.m. and 4:00 o'clock p:m., the Association will sell said real estate in
the area outside on th North side of the George Allen Courts Building facing Commerce Street
below the overhang, 6 0 Commerce Street, Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, to the highest bidder for
cash, subject to all sup rior liens and encumbrances of record. The earliest time at which said sale
will begin will be 10:0 o'clock a.m., and the sale will take place not later than three (3) hours after
that time.
