and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ("MERS") AS NOMINEE FOR ASPIRE
FINANCIAL, INC. DBA TEXAS LENDING.COM, mortgagee.
4. Obligations Secured. Deed of Trust or Contract Lien executed by FRANK JOSEPH AZZARELLO, SINGLE MAN
AND ROBERT CHARLES AZZARELLO A SINGLE MAN, securing the payment of the indebtednesses in the original
principal amount of $66,000.00, and obligations therein described including but not limited to the promissory note and all
modifications, renewals and extensions of the promissory note. U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN
. ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCAF ACQUISITION TRUST is the current
