Document No. 2024ij24000, in the Official Public Records ofDallas County, Texas, covering the
real property herein escribed, concerning default in payment of the indebtedness owing by
ROSEMARY T. G, the present owner of said real property, to East University Place
Condominium Associa ion, Inc. (the "Association"); and
WHEREAS, t e said ROSEMARY T. KING, has continued to default in the payment of
her indebtedness to th Association and the same is now wholly due, and the Association, acting by
and through its duly a thorized agent, intends to sell the herein described property to satisfy the
present indebtedness o said owner to the Association.
NOW, THE FORE, notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, the 2nd day of September,
2025, between 10:00 o clock a.m. and 4:00 o'clock p.m., the Association will sell said real estate in
the area outside on th North side of the George Allen Courts Building facing Commerce Street
below the overhang, 6 1 0 Commerce Street, Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, to the highest bidder for
cash, subject to all sup rior liens and encumbrances of record. The earliest time at which said sale

that time.
