preceding area is no longer the designated area, at the area most recently
designated by the County Commiss1oner's Court in DALLAS County,
Texas or as designated by the Co_unty Commissioners.
Deed of Trust or Contract Lien dated 12/19/2024 and recorded under
Volume, Page or Clerk's File No. DOC# 202400260163 in the real
property records of Dallas County Texas, with CO & BRAY LLC as
Grantor(s) and ANCHOR LOANS, LP as Original Mortgagee.
Deed of Trust or Contract Lien executed by CO & BRAY LLC securing
the payment of the indebtedness in the original principal amount of

cash, subject to the provisions of the Deed of Trust pennitting the
