Confia Capital, Inc., Mortgagee, has the power under Section 51 of the Texas
Property Code, to remove a trustee and appoint a substitute trustee.
1 Confia Capital, Inc., Mortgagee, hereby exercises its power and disqualifies and
removes the original Trustee, Darrin W. Stanton ("Original Trustee}), and appoints and
names Juan Marquez as Substitute Trustee under the Deed of Trust.
Michael R. Cramer, the Previous Substitute Trustee under the Deed of Trust, is also
terminated as to his duties under the Deed of Trust.
Confia Capital, Inc. hereby instructs Juan Marquez to succeed to all title, powers,
and duties of the Original Trustee and to maintain the lien of the deed of trust and execute
the duties of trustee, in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas and the terms of the
Note and Deed of Trust, as well as under provisions of Texas Property Code.
THIS INSTRUMENT REMOVES THE PREVIOUS SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE AND
APPOINTS THE SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE(S) IDENTIFIED TO SELL THE PROPERTY
DESCRIBED IN THE SECURITY INSTRUMENT IDENTIFIED IN THE NOTICE OF
SALE. THE PERSON SIGNING THIS NOTICE IS THE ATTORNEY OR
AUTHORIZED AGENT OF THE MORTGAGE OR ORTGAGE SERVICER.
