Survey, Abstract Number 885, described in Deed from P. Mathis, and wife, to T. W. Cole and wife, recorded in
Volume 3011, Page 356, Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas and being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point in the North line of said 7. 7 5 acre tract a distance of 729. 7 feet East of the intersection of
said North line with the Northeast line of Ledbetter Drive, said point being the Northwest comer of a tract
conveyed by T.W. Cole to William H. Wilson, and wife, by deed dated August 20, 1942, filed for record August
22, 1942;
Thence South along the West line of said Wilson tract, 164 feet to a point in the North line of a 50 foot road at
the Southwest comer of said Wilson tract;
Thence West along the North line of said road 6 feet to the point of beginning of a curve to the left;
Thence Southwesterly along said curve, being along the Northerly and Northwesterly line of said road, at
sufficient distance to reach a line drawn parallel to and 56 feet perpendicular distance from the East line of this
tract;
Thence North parallel with and 56 feet perpendicular distance from the East line of this tract, 200 feet, more or
