same now being full due, the Mortgagee has requested the Substitute Trustee described herein,
whom Mortgagee has appointed as trustee under the Deed of Trust, to sell the Property to be Sold

Accordingly, otice is given that on the Date of Sale, Substitute Trustee will offer the

This sale will e conducted subject to any prior matters of record affecting the Property to
be Sold, if any, if sue matters were recorded prior to the date ofrecordation of the Deed of Trust
and were not subordi ated to the Deed of Trust. Prospective bidders are urged to examine the
applicable property r cords to determine the nature and extent of such matters, if any. If the sale
is set aside for any re son, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the funds
paid. The Purchase shall have no further recourse against the Grantor, Mortgagee, or the
Substitute Trustee.

Substitute Trustee n~ed not appear on the Date of Sale at the Place of Sale to announce the
