PUENTE, SIGNJNG PROFORMA TO PERFECT LIEN, executed a Deed ofTrnst/Security Instrument conveying
to BENJAMJN CARPENTER, as Trustee, the Real Estate hereinafter described, to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ("MERS"), AS BENEFICIARY, AS NOMINEE FOR CALCON MUTUAL
MORTGAGE LLC DBA ONETRUST HOME LOANS ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, in the payment of a
