~N O' OF TRUSTEE’S SALE WHEREAS, Ali Moh’d Ahmad Mustafa, “Mortgagor” (whether one or more), executed and delivered to Ali Reza Lahijani, “Lender”, that certain deed of trust (“Deed of Trust”) dated February 8, 2019, recorded in the Official Public Records of Real Property of Harris County, Texas, under Harris County Clerk’s File No. RP-2019-53959, in order to secure the payment of certain indebtedness described therein, to which Deed of Trust and the record thereof reference is here made for all purposes, which Deed of Trust covers all of the property described therein (the “Property”), including, but not limited to, the following described properties: Lot Six (6) Block Twelve (12) of the CHARLESTON GARDENS Subdivision in Harris County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 3, Page 24 or Map Records of Harris County, Texas, consisting of 8.8939 acres including all Mineral and Surface Rights which have not been preyiou: reserved,




WHEREAS, Ali Reza Lahijani, the legal owner and holder of the indebtedness descrj Trust has appointed Cameron Namazi, to act as Trustee (the “Trustee”) and James H. Stokes, Seraj to act as Substitute Trustees (“Substitute Trustees”) in the event that Cameron Namazi i act upon the contingency and in the manner authorized by the Deed of Trust; and WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust i wholly'due, the owner and holder of the indebtedness and the liens securing same desires to sell the property i rdanc applicable law and the terms and provisions of the Deed of Trust.







NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby gi tt on October; 2025, being the first Tuesday of such month, no earlier than 10:00 a.m. and no later such time, the Trustee will sell the Property at public venue to the highest bidder for wner of the indebtedness may bid a credit against such indebtedness.
