property herein desc "bed, concerning default in payment of the indebtedness owing by
ALEXANDRA WIL ON, is the owner, of said real property, to Sixty Forty Place Condominium
Association (the "Ass ciation"); and
WHEREAS, t said ALEXANDRA WILSON has continued to default in the payment of
the indebtedness to the Association and the same is now wholly due, and the Association, acting by
and through its duly a thorned agent, intends to sell the herein described property to satisfy the
present indebtedness o said owners to the Association.
NOW, THE FORE, notice fs hereby given that on Tuesday, the 2nd day of September,
2025, between 10:00 o clock a.m. and 4:00 o'clock p.m., the Association will sell said real estate in
