WHEREAS, the Trustee named in the Deed of Trust having been removed, the le; described in the Deed of Trust appointed Sandy Dasigenis, Jeff Leva, Steve Leva, David Garvin, ‘or’ Kelly Goddard and Turrie Silva or any one of them, as Substitute Trustee (each being referred to as Trustee"), upon the contingency and in the manner authorized by the Deed of Trust; and D.
