Because of that default, Lender, present owner and holder of the Note, has appointed Loan T. Tran and Vo & Pham Law Firm, PLLC as Substitute Trustee, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Deed of Trust, to succeed to all the rights, powers, privileges vested in the Original Trustee under the Deed of Trust. WHEREAS Lender has requested Substitute Trustee to sell the property.
