WHEREAS, by Texas Home Equity Security Instrument (First Lien) dated March 22, 2017, recorded under Document No. RP-2017-135902 in the Official Public Records of Harris County, Texas (the "Deed of Trust"), to which record reference is here made for all purposes, Matthew Martinez and Rosa E.
