WHEREAS, Texas DowEmployees CreditUnion ("Beneficiary") isthepresent
legalownerandholderoftheNoteandthebeneficiary oftheDeedofTrust; and
WHEREAS, pursuanttoauthoritygrantedintheDeedofTrust, Beneficiary did
appointanddesignate theundersigned whosestreetaddressis6700N. NewBraunfels
Avenue, SanAntonio, Texas78209, asSubstitute TrusteetoactundertheDeedof
Trustinstead oftheoriginal Trustee namedtherein; and
