Security Instrument: Deed of Trust dated April 10, 2017 and recorded on April 17, 2017at Instrument Number
20170417000477730 in the real property records of COLLIN County, Texas, which
contains a power of sale.
Sale Information: August 5, 2025, at 10:00 AM, or not later than three/hours thereafter, at the front steps of
the Collin County Courthouse located at 2100 Bloomdale Roady McKinney, Texas
75071, or if the preceding area is no longer the/deSignated area, at the area most recently
designated by the County Commissioner's Court. or as designated by the County

CREATE AXTRANSFER TAX OBLIGATION AT TRANSFER OF TITLE, IN WHICH
CASE, USE “BEEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION” (PURSUANT
TO.THE FREDDIE MAC SERVICING GUIDE), whose address is c/o Select Portfolio
Serviting, Inc., 3217 S. Decker Lake Dr., Salt Lake City, UT 84119, is the current
mortgagee of the Deed of Trust and Note and Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. is the
Current mortgage servicer for the mortgagee. Pursuant to a servicing agreement and
Texas Property Code section 51.0025, the mortgagee authorizes the mortgage servicer to
administer the foreclosure on its behalf.
