man as Grantor(s) and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Angle Oak
Home Loans LLC, its successors and assigns as Original Mortgagee.
Deed of-Trust executed by Denise Lavenia Stewart, a single woman and Darrin Bert Sowells, a single man securing
payment of the indebtedness in the original principal amount of $344,250.00 and obligation therein described
including but not limited to the promissory note and all modifications, renewal and extensions of the promissory
note {the "Note") executed by Denise Lavenia Stewart, Darrin Bert Sowells. Bank of New York Mellon as Trustee
for Maple Acquisition Trust is the current mortgagee (the "Mortgagee") of the Note and Deed of Trust or Contrac~
