Pursuant to authority conferred upon me by that Deed of Trust, dated Sep~$lber22,202J,-e;xe¢#t~~,
by New Greater Generation Family Funeral Group, LLC, whose mailing address is 1400 N. Hampton Road,
DeSoto, TX 75115, as Grantor, to James Wirtz, as Trustee, and duly recorded as Document No.
202300196321 in the Official Records of Dalals County, Texas (the "Deed of Trust") and the Assignment
of Rents dated September 22, 2023, and recorded as Document No. 202300196322 in the Official Records
of Dallas County, Texas, I, the undersigned duly appointed Substitute Trustee under said Deed of Trust or
another such duly appointed Substitute Trustee or Successor Substitute Trustee under said Deed of Trust,
having an address of 810 I Boat Club Road, Suite 320, Fort Worth, Texas 76179, will, in order to satisfy
the indebtedness secured thereby and at the request of Newtek Bank, N .A., the owner and holder of said
indebtedness, and whose mailing address is 1981 Marcus Avenue, Suite 130, Lake Success, New York
I 1042, default having been made in the payment of said indebtedness and default having been made under
the covenants set out in the said Deed of Trust, sell on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, to the highest bidder for
cash in the area designated by the Commissioners Cou11 of Dallas County, Texas, pursuant to § 51.002 of
the Texas Property Code, as the place where foreclosure sales are to take place (if no such place is so
designated, the sale will take place in the area where the Notice of Substitute Trustee's Sale is posted), at a

appertaining or belonging thereto.
