DuringtheperiodofRespondents' ownership, Respondents havebeenassessed ORDER FORFORECLOSURE UNDER TEX.R.CIV.PROC. 736 PAGE 2maintenance feesinanon-discriminatory mannerbasedonRespondents' ownership oftheProperty. 8.

ArticleX, Section10.1oftheDeclaration andTexasPropertyCode5.006provide forrecovery ofattorney'sfeesandexpenses incurredinthecollection of delinquent assessments. 9.
