Mancuso, Franc~ca Ortolani, Carol Dunmon, or Payton Hreha, Cole Patton, Myra Homayoun, Thuy Frazier, McCarthy & Holthus, LLP, as Substitute Trustee, who

instruct said Subsjitute Trustee to conduct and direct the execution of remedies set aside to the beneficiary therein
