whollydue, andtheownerandholderofsaiddebthasrequested thehereinafter appointed Substitute

TheDeedofTrustpermitstheBeneficiary topostpone, withdraw, orreschedule thesalefor
anotherday. Inthatcase, theTrusteeundertheDeedofTrustorSubstitute Trusteeappointed herein
neednotappearatthedate, timeandplaceofascheduledsaletoannouncethepostponement,
withdrawal, orrescheduling. Noticeofthedateofanyrescheduled foreclosure salewillbereposted
andrefiledinaccordance withthepostingandfilingrequirements oftheTexasPropertyCode. The
repostingorrefilingmaybeafterthedateoriginally scheduled forthissale.
PursuanttoSection51.009oftheTexasPropertyCode,thepropertywillbesoldin"ASIS,
