described, to secure the payment of a Promissory Note in the principal amount of $554,350.00 pa_y_a.b!e to 1h.!!

UNDER COUNTY CLERK #2007-0343408, REAL PROPERTY RECORDS, DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS.
