WHEREAS, tfue property herein described is subject to the Declaration and Master Deed I ,
for Del Paseo Town Homes (A Condominium) and Condominim By-Laws filed on February 9,
1978 as Instrument Nb. 197800526073 in the Official Public Records of Dallas County, Texas
(including any amendf ents thereof or supplements thereto is hereinafter referred to, collectively,
as the "Declaration"). ,The Declaration provides for the payment of assessments secured by a lien
on the Lot of the non-Jlaying owner.
WHEREAS, Jel Paseo Town Homes Association on March 12, 2025, April 29, 2025, and
June 4, 2025, sent noJice of default in payment of assessments to CAMILLE A. BINBEK, a
married person, beinJ the reputed owners or current owners of said real property; and
I WHEREAS, tre said CAMILLE A. BINBEK, a married person, has continued to
default in the payment Jof their indebtedness to Del Paseo Town '.Homes Association and the same
is now wholly due, and Del Paseo Town Homes Association, acting by and through its duly
authorized agent, inteJds to sell the herein described property to satisfy the present indebtedness
I of said owners to Del /aseo Town Homes Association.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, the 2nd day of September,
2025, between 10:00 alm. and 4:00 p.m., Del Paseo Town Homes Association will sell the herein
described real estate (idcluding any improvements thereon) at public auction at the area outside on
the north side of the Gborge Allen Courts Building facing Co~merce Street bel_ow the_ overhang,
600 Commerce Streetl Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, or as designated by the Dallas County
Commissioners for subh sales, to the highest bidder for cash, subject to all unpaid ad valorem
taxes, superior liens ank encumbrances of record, and a statutory right of redemption. The earliest
• time at which said sale will begin will be 1 :00 p.m., and the sale will take place not later than three
(3) hours thereafter.
