CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION FILED 12/17/85, RECORDED IN
VOLUME 85245, PAGE 3571, REAL PROPERTY RECORDS, DALLAS
COUNTY, TEXAS.
Deed of Trust dated April 17, 2002 and recorded on April 25, 2002 at Instrument Number
1804606 in the real property records of DALLAS County, Texas, which contains a power
of sale.
August 5, 2025, at 11:00 AM, or not later than three hours thereafter, at the north side of
the George Allen Courts Building facing Commerce Street below the overhang, or as
designated by the County Commissioners Court.
Public auction to highest bidder for cash. In accordance with Texas Property Code
section 51.009, the Property will be sold as is, without any expressed or implied
warranties, except as to warranties of title, and will be acquired by the purchaser at its
own risk. In accordance with Texas Property Code section 51.0075, the substitute trustee
reserves the right to set additional, reasona~le conditions for conducting the sale and will

KIRKMAN WEST secures the repayment of a Note dated April 17, 2002 in the amount
of $74,800.00. FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS
TRUSTEE FOR FREDDIE MAC SLST 2024-1 PARTICIPATION INTEREST TRUST,
whose address is c/o Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., 3217 S. Decker Lake Dr., Salt Lake
City, UT 84119, is the current mortgagee of the Deed of Trust and Note and Select
Portfolio Servicing, Inc. is the cµrrent mortgage servicer for the mortgagee. Pursuant to a
servicing agreement a,nd Texas Property Code section 51.0025, the mortgagee authorizes
the mortgage servicer to administer the foreclosure on its behalf.
In accordance with Texas Property Code section 51.0076 and the Security Instrument
referenced above, mortgagee and mortgage servicer's attorney appoint the substitute
trustees listed below.
