SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS , on June 18, 2020, a Deed of Trust, Security Agreement , Assignment of Rents
and Leases and Fixture Financing Statement was executed by Harwood International Center I, L.P.,
conveying to Greg Massey, as Trustee, the hereinafter described real estate to secure the payment
of the debt therein described , said Deed of Trust being recorded in Document Number
202000160369 of the Official Public Records of Dallas County, Texas, reference to which is hereby
made for all purposes; and
WHEREAS , default has occurred in the payment of said debt, and in the performance of the
covenants , agreements and conditions set forth in the Deed of Trust, and the same is now all due,
and the legal owner and holder thereof has demanded payment thereof and has requested the
undersigned to enforce the power of sale set forth in the Deed of Trust and to sell said property
pursuant to the terms of said Deed of Trust; and
WHEREAS , on the 6th day of October, 2025, the holder and owner of the note and the liens
securing same appointed the undersigned as one of the Substitute Trustee(s) under the terms of the
Deed of Trust by a instrument recorded on October 7, 2025, in Document Number 202500210291
of the Official Public Records of Dallas County, Texas; and
THEREFORE , NOTICE is given that the undersigned will sell the real estate described in
the Deed of Trust on Tuesday, the 4th day of November , 2025, that being the first Tuesday in said
month, between the hours of 10:00 am and 1 :00 pm at 600 Commerce Street, Dallas, Dallas County,
Texas at the North Side of the George Allen Courts Building Facing Commerce Street below the
overhang , or as designated by the County Commissioners of Dallas County, Texas, at public sale
