Deed of Trust dated April 4, 2014 and recorded on April 7, 2014 as Instrument
Number 2014034186 in the real property records of FORT BEND County, Texas,
which contains a power of sale. /
October 07, 2025, at 1:00 PM, or not later than three hours thereafter, at the Fort Bend
County Fairgrounds -Building C, 4310 Highway 36 South, or as designated by the
County Commissioners Court.
