Deed of Trust dated January 24, 2005 and recorded on February 3, 2005 .as Instrument
Number 2005013660 in the real property records of FORT BEND County, Texas,
which contains a power of sale.
4'anuary 06, 2026, at 1:00 PM, or not later than three hours thereafter , at The Fort Bend
County Gus George Academy-Patton Hall, 1521 Eugene Heimann Circle, Richmond ,
TX 77469, or as designated by the County Commissioners Court.
