ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED UNDER SLIDE
NO. 1951/B OF THE PLAT RECORDS OF FORT BEND COUNTY, TEXAS.
Deed of Trust dated January 24, 2005 and recorded on February 3, 2005 as Instrument
Number 2005013660 in the real property records of FORT BEND County, Texas,
which contains a power of sale.
September 02, 2025, at 1:00 PM, or not later than three hours thereafter, at the Fort
Bend County Fairgrounds -Building C, 4310 Highway 36 South, or as designated by
the County Commissioners Court.
Public auction to highest bidder for cash. In accordance with Texas Property Code
section 51.009, the Property will be sold as is, without any expressed or implied
warranties, except as to warranties of title, and will be acquired by the purchaser at its
own risk. In accordance with Texas Property Code section 51.0075, the substitute

The Deed of Trust executed by YVONNE LOBOGNON AND HYACINTHE NDRI
secures the repayment of a Note dated January 24, 2005 in the amount of $220,000.00.
FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR
FREDDIE MAC SLST 2022-1 PARTICIPATION INTEREST TRUST, whose address
is c/o Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., 3217 S. Decker Lake Dr., Salt Lake City, UT
84119, is the current mortgagee of the Deed of Trust and Note and Select Portfolio
Servicing, Inc. is the current mortgage servicer for the mortgagee. Pursuant to a
servicing agreement and Texas Property Code section 51.0025, the mortgagee
authorizes the mortgage servicer to administer the foreclosure on its behalf.
In accordance with Texas Property Code section 51.0076 and the Security Instrument
