SINGLE PERSON, as Grantor(s), executed a Deed ofTrust conveying to ROBERT K. FOWLER, as Trustee, the Real Estate
hereinafter described, to WELLS FARGO BANK, NA in payment of a debt therein described. The Deed of Trust was filed in
