4. Obligations Secured. Deed of Trust or Contract Lien executed by TANYA Y COLLIER, A MARRIED WOMAN
JOINED HEREIN PRO-FORMA BY HER HUSBAND DWARDNEY BRENT COLLIER, securing the payment of the
