2. Instrument to be Foreclosed. The instrument to be foreclosed is the Deed of Trust dated 05/31/2006 and recorded in Document
2006068488 real property records ofFort Bend County, Texas. Re-tiled in Document 20 I 0028475 real property records of Fort Bend
County, Texas.

4. Terms of Sale. The sale will be conducted as a public auction to the highest bidder for cash. Pursuant to die deed of trust, die mortgagee
has the right to direct the Trustee to sell the prope11y in one or more parcels and/or to sell all or only part of the property. Pursuant to section
51.009 of the Texas Pl'Operty Code, the property will be sold in AS IS, WHERE IS condition, without any express or implied warranties,

mortgagee·ofthe note and deed of trust and PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION is mortgage servicer. A servicing agreement between the
mortgagee, whose address is DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT
LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES. SERIES 2006-QS6 c/o PHH MORTGAGE
CORPORATION. 1661 Worthington Road, Suite I 00, West Palm Beach., FL 33409 and the mortgage servicer and Texas Property Code §
51.0025 authorizes the mortgage servicer to collect the debt.
