2006068488 real property records ofFort Bend County, Texas. Re-tiled in Document 20 I 0028475 real property records of Fort Bend
County, Texas.

4. Terms of Sale. The sale will be conducted as a public auction to the highest bidder for cash. Pursuant to die deed of trust, die mortgagee

mortgagee·ofthe note and deed of trust and PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION is mortgage servicer. A servicing agreement between the
mortgagee, whose address is DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT
LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES. SERIES 2006-QS6 c/o PHH MORTGAGE
CORPORATION. 1661 Worthington Road, Suite I 00, West Palm Beach., FL 33409 and the mortgage servicer and Texas Property Code §
51.0025 authorizes the mortgage servicer to collect the debt.
