Deed of Trust dated January 31, 2018 and recorded on February 6, 2018 as Instrument
Number 2018012750 in the real property records of FORT BEND County, Texas,
which contains a power of sale . ./
January 06, 2026, at 1:00 PM, or not later than three hours thereafter, at The Fort Bend
County Gus George Academy-Patton Hall, 1521 Eugene Heimann Circle, Richmond,
TX 77469, or as designated by the County Commissioners Court.

address is c/o Cornerstone Home Lending, a Division of Cornerstone Capital Bank,
SSB, 1177 West Loop South, Suite 700, Houston, TX 77027, is the current mortgagee
of the Deed of Trust and Note and Cornerstone Home Lending, a Division of
Cornerstone Capital Bank, SSB is the current mortgage servicer for the mortgagee.
Pursuant to a servicing agreement and Texas Property Code section 51.0025, the
mortgagee authorizes the mortgage servicer to administer the foreclosure on its behalf.
