AGREEMENTS INSTRUMENT NO(S) 2023106606 AND 2024041648 real property records of FORT BEND County,
Texas, with JULIUS BRYSON WALLACE, AN UNMARRIED MAN AND BIANCA SHAVEZ BLACKLOCK, AN
UNMARRIED WOMAN, grantor(s) and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., (MERS) AS
NOMINEE, mortgagee.
4. Obligations Secured. Deed of Trust or Contract Lien executed by .JULIUS BRYSON WALLACE, AN UNMARRIED
MAN AND BIANCA SHAVEZ BLACKLOCK, AN UNMARRIED WOMAN, securing the payment of the indebtednesses
in the original principal amount of $335,825.00, and obligations therein described including but not limited to the promissory
