Note and Canington Mortgage Seivices, LLC is the current mortgage servicer for the
mortgagee. Pursuant to a servicing agreement and Texas Property Code section
51.0025, the mortgagee authorizes the mortgage servicer to administer the foreclosure
on its behalf.
