2. Instrument to he Foreclosed. The instrument to be foreclosed is the Deed ofTrust dated 09/25/2017 and recorded in Document
2017105148 real propeny records of Fort Bend County, Texas.

OH 45227 and the mortgage servicer and Texas Proper(y Code § 51.0025 authorizes the mortgage servicer to collect the debt
